Moravia Lacto a.s. dairy in the Czech Republic, has re-launched its wide range of products in the Pure-Pak® Sense carton.
Introduced in February 2017, ESL milk (1,5% and 3,5%), cream, buttermilk and kefir products are now packaged in the new waste saving carton – the first Pure-Pak® Sense cartons for the Czech Republic. “The Pure-Pak® Sense carton was seen as an attractive innovation for Moravia Lacto, for whom Elopak has been a packaging partner since 1994,” explains Josef Horký, Elopak’s Manager Market Unit CEE North. “The new carton has a distinctive look bringing shelf stand-out along with new handling benefits for the consumer. The easy-fold lines of the Pure-Pak® Sense carton helps consumers squeeze out every last drop and also encourages them to recycle cartons.”
Moravia Lacto is part of the Interlacto Group and is the biggest supplier of ESL milk and cream in cartons in the Czech Republic, and in 2016 produced 32 million products in Pure-Pak® cartons. The dairy has an extensive range of dairy products which includes cheeses, fermented products and yoghurts – living up to its strapline ‘About milk we know everything’. In addition to its own brand, Moravia Lacto also is the dominant producer of private label products and aims to double its production of products packaged in Pure-Pak® cartons over the next two years.

The Moravia Lacto products are packaged in 1 litre and 0,5 litre Pure-Pak® Sense cartons with closure, with some cream products remain in 250ml Pure-Pak® Classic cartons.
