Customer Service Coordinator
PURPOSE
At Elopak we are committed to delivering exceptional customer support at every stage of the client journey. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer interactions, ensure efficient issue resolution, and support internal coordination across departments. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven professional looking to grow within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email.
- Track and follow up on orders, deliveries, returns, and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics,finance,…) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Monitor service performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
- Assist in developing customer service guidelines, FAQs, and support documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Customer Support or similar.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or coordination role.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent Arabic, French and English.
- Very good communication skills and proactivity.
