Investor Relations Officer
Are you passionate about finance and investor relations? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact? Elopak is looking for an Investor Relations Officer to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Treasury & Investor Relations in building the investment community’s interest and confidence in Elopak’s vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build strong connections with investors, analysts, and corporate access teams.
- Manage Earnings Calls: Plan, coordinate, and manage quarterly earnings calls, including the preparation of press releases and results statements.
- Organize Investor Meetings: Plan and participate in investor meetings and roadshows with the CEO and/or CFO.
- Prepare Communication Materials: Prepare presentations and communication materials for investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
- Internal Collaboration: Foster broad internal relationships within Elopak HQ and across functions and Business Regions.
- Ensure Compliance: Prepare and distribute press releases and stock exchange announcements in compliance with regulations.
- Monitor Market Trends: Keep track of equity market developments, peers, consensus forecasts, and market-related trends.
- Website Management: Oversee the investor relations section of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
- Contribute to Other Tasks: Support on other tasks within the Treasury and Investor Relations area as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an investor relations role in a public company and 2-3 years within finance or treasury roles, or other relevant experience.
- Skills:
- Proven business, analytical, and financial skills with a strong understanding and interest in capital markets and finance.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relationship builder with excellent networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – fluent in Norwegian and English.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and investor relations software.
