Marketing Manager MENA


In this role the Marketing Manager will drive MENA Marketing and Sales in all operative and strategic tasks. 


  • Lead the planning and the implementation of marketing & sales material.
  • Organize and roll-out marketing campaigns and new product launches to create awareness and increase customer engagement.
  • Drive innovations, identify and generate new growth.
  • Ensure market analysis, trends & competition monitoring and reporting.
  • Oversee business intelligence operations in the MENA region.
  • Prepare and run meetings with customers, prospects and retailers.
  • Assist in environmental management tasks.
  • Assist in general administration (SAP reporting, activity & budget planning)
  • Manage and validate the translations via Language wire.
  • Build a strong trust relationship with customers in MENA and proactively drive joint marketing agenda and new launches with customers.
  • Organize visits, meetings, and innovation days at customer sites.
  • Ensure cross-area collaboration with the Sales department, Technical sales, P&C and Technical service for building a comprehensive Elopak value proposition for MENA customers.


  • Master’s degree or MBA in marketing, communication or business Administration.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in similar roles is desirable.
  • Insight into marketing mechanisms within B2B and B2C.
  • Understanding of competitors landscape and customer needs.
  • Understanding of our value chain.
  • Versatile in MS Office (esp. Power Point, Excel) and SAP (Workplace, Analytics).
  • Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
