Procurement PMO Analyst (m/f/d)

Job Overview

In this role, you will be integral in value capturing initiatives within Elopak’s procurement operations, focusing on achieving tangible results that contribute to Elopak’s strategic objectives. In the Procurement Project Management Office (PMO), your efforts will be crucial in optimizing procurement strategies to maximize cost savings and enhance overall business performance. You will lead the development, validation, and refinement of procurement-related business cases, deliver insightful and actionable reports to senior management and ensure all procurement documentation is precise. Under the guidance of the Director Procurement Process Excellence and the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) and in collaboration with category leads, you will be expected to work seamlessly with other functions and the broader business to ensure a holistic approach to realize procurement strategies.

This role is designed for an individual looking to directly contribute to cost-saving measures and value creation within a leading packaging company. As a Procurement PMO Analyst at Elopak, you will develop critical skills in strategic procurement and project management, with a clear focus on driving performance and organizational success. You will adeptly integrate into the company’s unique culture and collaborate effectively with other business functions. This position is limited to 2 years.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Master or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Work-experience: Preferably 1-5 years work-experience. Experience from extra-curricular activities or similar will be a plus and can compensate for shorter work experience
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to develop detailed business cases, perform cost-benefit analysis, and validate financial impacts, ensuring alignment with strategic financial objectives
  • Project Management Acumen: Understanding of project management principles, focusing on managing risk, fostering continuous improvement, and enhancing value and efficiency in procurement projects
  • Industry Insight: Experience in the packaging industry, particularly in roles related to procurement or cost management, is advantageous
  • International experience: Working in an international and multicultural setting, exposure to working across organizations with multiple physical locations or business areas
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP is highly advantageous
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are beneficial



Elopak aim to minimize the amount of travel due to environmental and cost reasons. However, from time to time some international travel may be requested
