SAP Security and Authorization Specialist

Are you ready to embark on an exciting digitalization journey with Elopak? We’re seeking a skilled SAP Authorization and Security Specialist to join our global team. Here’s what you’ll be part of:

  1. You will support and develop our global template and our SAP landscape which consists of on-premise S/4HANA system integrated with several SAP Cloud solutions.  
  2. As a member of the Global IT team, you’ll collaborate with motivated colleagues across Elopak’s global sites.

Your role and key tasks:

  • Create and maintain SAP user accounts in various SAP systems.
  • Design, build, and assign roles in SAP systems in cooperation with the business process teams.
  • Manage access to SAP cloud solutions i.e. SAP IAS, IBP, SAC, Datasphere, BTP.
  • Security and authorization support for questions, 2nd line incidents/issues resolving, and changes.
  • Support in yearly IT and License audits.
  • Involvement in SAP HANA/Fiori/BI/Cloud design, setup and support.
  • Coordinate Periodic Access Reviews with business streams to ensure that the right people have the right access.
  • Monitor and solve/mitigate SoD conflicts and incidents in cooperation with business and SAP Service desk.

Your profile

We believe the ideal candidate for this role is structured, service-oriented, agile, and reliable. As an SAP Authorization and Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our SAP systems. Your time management capabilities will be essential as you plan, prioritize, and organize multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • You need to hold minimum a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Informatics, Business, a related field or possess equivalent work experience.
  • We require a minimum of 2 years of industry or consulting experience in support of SAP Authorization and Security.
  • Hands-on SAP ERP experience in dealing with SAP authorization and security from implementation to operations. 
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken fluency in English.
  • You are legally allowed to work in the specified countries.

To succeed in this position, it would be a great advantage if you have:

  • Experience with SAP Cloud applications (IAS, IBP, SAC, Datasphere, BTP).
  • Experience with SAP GRC application.
  • Experience with working in a multinational team

Workplace:

The role will be based at the Elopak office in Warszawa, Poland or Beograd, Serbia, or Terneuzen, Netherlands.
