Site and Project Coordinator

PURPOSE

As Site & Project Coordinator/Technical Service Sales you will be the vital liaison to ensure effective coordination between suppliers, customers and internal teams for the installation of packaging lines or equipment. In addition, you will also have a crucial role in selling the technical service portfolio, such as selling upgrades, training, maintenance, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Supervise and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, working hours through the CRM
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions taken at meetings
  • Warranty monitoring during the project phase
  • Project closure
  • Establish the customer’s technical needs and suggest appropriate products
  • Explain complex technical information to clients in an understandable way
  • Follow up with customers and resolve any problems that may arise
  • Keeping customers informed about new technology products
  • Liaison with the technical sales team on the needs of our customer

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s in industrial Engineer or similar

An experienced (3-5 years) project manager/site manager that can lead projects and activities at site. Sales interested and with sales capabilities to be developed as a second priority
