Technical Trainer (m/f/d) Filling Machines
Join Our Team as a Technical Training Specialist!
For our Technical Services department, we are seeking multiple experienced professionals to provide consistent, high-quality technical training and support to Elopak’s internal and external customers.
Your role and key tasks:

Develop, optimize, and conduct worldwide customer and employee training courses for new and existing machines.

Support and participate in the development and enhancement of training units; create short films, produce images, and use other necessary media (3D models, etc.) as the basis for trainings.

Lead and assist with the development of new curriculum material on new and existing packaging machinery.

Occasionally assist with the installation and commissioning of Elopak’s equipment within your training field (20%).

Advise and assist subsidiaries with issues related to the Elopak machine and equipment portfolio.

Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure continuous learning.

Attend training courses deemed necessary to maintain a high level of competence, “Train the Trainer.”
Your profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for teaching and developing others. You are customer-focused and results-driven, with strong analytical abilities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential. As a Technical Trainer, you must be adept at conveying complex technical concepts in an engaging and easily understandable manner.
Key Qualifications:

Educational Background: Degree in Engineering or completion of a technical apprenticeship, with some experience in field service or a similar capacity.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of filling machines, particularly within the brewery, dairy, or similar packaging industries is an advantage.

Training Skills: Proven experience in designing and/or delivering effective technical training programs.

Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus.

Licensing: Valid driver’s license.
Workplace:
The role will be based at any Elopak office worldwide. Willingness to travel internationally (>60 %) is required.
