Trainee Customer Service
PURPOSE
We have an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to join our customer service department in Elopak Morocco as Customer Service Trainee .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Order handling: placing customer orders in the system for production and agree on timely production with planning department.
- Logistics: aligning with forwarders for collection of goods, according to production and readiness of goods.
- Invoicing: create invoices with correct contractual terms and billing procedures.
- Artwork: coordinate design developments with customers and Elopak repro department.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated (Bac plus 2 years) in supply chain,customer service, logistics or similar.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Good communication skills.
Customer oriented mindset.
Proactive and problem solving skills.
