- The program has three tracks that represent different business areas: Technology, Quality and Service Sales
- You apply to the track that suits your career ambitions and educational background
- With real assignments, visits to our key locations and job rotations, you will develop a deep understanding of all our business areas

QUALITY
Join our Corporate Quality team to get hands-on experience with quality control efforts. You will learn how to monitor and improve quality performance, ensuring that we exceed our customers’ expectations every time.

General requirements
- You must hold a university degree that was earned within the past 24 months or be set to graduate in 2023.
- The program is open for candidates in Norway and Germany
- You need a valid work permit for Germany or Norway (visa sponsorship is not offered for the program).
