Maintenance Technician

PURPOSE

Elopak has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join one of the most reputable and environmentally friendly companies in the packaging industry. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to become part of our dynamic team based in Casablanca. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of equipment and facilities by performing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

•  Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems (electrical, ……etc.).
•  Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and perform repairs.
•  Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation of repairs and inspections.
•  Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and departments.
•  Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
•  Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
•  Support facility improvements and participate in special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS :

•   High school diploma or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
•   Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
•   Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
•   Reliability, autonomy, team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
