Shape the Future of Aftermarket Services in Denmark

Elopak is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Technical Manager to lead our Aftermarket business in Denmark. This is a key leadership role with full P&L responsibility, focused on growing the Danish market and strengthening our position within the Nordics Service Area and the global Elopak Service network.

You will work closely with the Regional Service and Sales Organization and the global Aftermarket team to develop and execute service strategies, build strong customer relationships, and professionalize the Technical Service organization.

Key Responsibilities

As Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading and growing Elopak’s Aftermarket business in Denmark. Your main focus will be on:

  • Driving profitable service strategies and ensuring competitiveness of current and future offerings
  • Leading and developing the Technical Service Team to deliver high performance
  • Building trust across Elopak and with joint venture partners
  • Managing the local service budget and developing new services aligned with customer needs
  • Supporting pre-sales activities and negotiating service contracts
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and high equipment utilization
  • Acting as technical consultant and emergency contact for customers
  • Overseeing financial targets, contract management, and SLA implementation
  • Promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with Elopak’s global policies on health, safety, and ethics

Your Profile

We’re looking for a candidate with:

  • Ideally with 10+ years of leadership experience in service or sales in an international manufacturing setting – but we’re also open to other relevant backgrounds
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong market insight and strategic thinking
  • Ability to delegate effectively and step in hands-on when needed
  • Inspirational leadership style aligned with Elopak’s values
  • Experience with building service teams and translating strategy into action
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and partnership development
  • High cultural awareness and adaptability

What Elopak Offers

You will be based at our factory located at Hovmarken 8 in Lystrup, just outside Aarhus, with excellent connections via light rail, bus, and motorway. Working hours are within regular business hours and start times can be adjusted to suit your needs and preferences.
