If Leticia were to recommend a friend to work at Elopak, she would highlight the real impact that every employee can make.

When Leticia started at Elopak a year ago, she was attracted by the opportunity to work in an international environment where she could contribute with her skills and learn and develop professionally.

Leticia has a master’s in organizational psychology from the University of Rio de Janeiro State and a post-graduation degree in strategic management of human resources. The Brazilian works on several strategic employee development projects out of Elopak’s headquarters in Oslo, Norway.

She is currently dedicated to FuturePack – our new, two-year global graduate program. On top of this, she contributes with other projects that aim to build development opportunities for our employees.

Outside of work, she loves traveling and playing board games. She is also a foodie and likes to spend time with her family, her dog, and friends.

How has your career developed since you started?

I joined Elopak as a temporary employee within the Group Talent Management team. After some months of work and good cooperation in different projects, I was offered a permanent contract. I felt recognized professionally and excited about being part of the Elopak team permanently.

What have you learned since joining Elopak?

On top of learning about all the technology behind the business, which is really interesting, I have been learning how to better interact within and between teams, and also across locations in order to achieve our common goals.

Are there things you are especially proud of having done at Elopak?

Work represents a substantial portion of everyone’s life. Working in the human resources team we impact the experiences that our employees have. This makes every delivery unique and important and makes me feel extra proud of all the positive impact I created through all the projects I have been part of.
