Key Account Manager CEE-South
The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Key Account Manager who will represent Elopak, our products and services to existing and new clients in Hungary and the neighboring countries. You will observe and analyze market developments and develop concepts to tap into new customer and market potential, bringing the necessary vision and courage also to enter new markets and segments. Your ability to create and deliver effective presentations, make complex ideas tangible for different target groups, and to present yourself confidently and goal-oriented in negotiations will make you a true customer favorite and help you build long-term, strong relationships with existing and new customers. The close collaboration with related departments, such as order processing, technical service and engineering, as well as a compelling mix of startups, small and large customers, make this stand out as an exciting and independent position.

Your Profile:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g., as a key account manager, in sales, business development and or similar, customer facing position
- Industry knowledge in the paper and packaging industry, beverage or food industry, FMCG is a plus
- Experience in preparing proposals, negotiating, and pursuing your own goals
- Willingness to travel (50%) throughout the region
- Driver’s license
- Being fluent in Hungarian and Serbian, good level of English
