Our code of conduct

Being a global corporation, Elopak’s Code of Conduct is our commitment to always act in accordance with acceptable ethical standards, take responsibility for our actions and ensure that the entire company complies with local laws and regulations.

Our Code of Conduct and Anti Corruption Policy is a commitment to behaving with integrity towards employees, communities, customers, the environment and other business partners of Elopak.

Elopak Code of Conduct is for everyone – everywhere – everyday!

Employees and external stakeholders are encouraged to report suspected or actual breaches of laws and regulations or cases of misconduct and unethical business conduct. Such reporting can be done through the line management or through Elopak’s whistleblowing channel. The whistleblowing channel permits a secure and confidential reporting option. Elopak’s whistleblowing channel is managed by an external professional service provider.  The service provided ensures that Elopak employees and external stakeholders can report their concerns anonymously with no ability to trace back to the notifier. Elopak takes all reported concerns seriously and internal investigations are carried out as required. Elopak has zero tolerance for retaliation against whistleblowers who raise concerns in good faith. All reported cases are taken seriously and carefully followed-up and investigated as needed.

The Elopak Whistleblowing channel

Please be aware that the Elopak Whistleblower is not intended to replace existing workplace procedures. Rather it provides an additional, alternative and secure way to report matters that concern you. Matters could be breach of the Elopak Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption policy, or a suspicion of a violation of the Code Of Conduct and Anti-Corruption policy.


If you are an Elopak employee please consider first to raise the issue with your manager, local HR or directly to the CFO/Compliance Officer or the CHRO.
Elopak has entered a service agreement with external expert company KPMG Norway to handle any report made through the Whistleblowing Channel. The service provided by KPMG ensures that Elopak employees and external stakeholders can report their concerns confidentially. KPMG will safeguard the notifier’s anonymity unless they want to give up their identity.


The Whistleblower form is available in English, Spanish, Norwegian, Danish, French, German, Russian and Dutch. You can select the different language versions on the start page of the form.

PureEthics Program

The PureEthics, Elopak’s Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption Policy e-learning program, is available here. The program is a guideline on how to think – act – behave in ethical dilemmas. It is interactive and consists of four films featuring different dilemma cases.
